1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Mansa Musa AI at mansamusainitiative.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Description of Service
Mansa Musa AI provides AI-powered receptionist and business automation services for UK small and medium businesses, including automated call handling, appointment booking, lead capture, and social media content posting.
3. Subscription and Payment
Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe at the price shown at checkout and renew automatically until cancelled. Trials, introductory prices, referral benefits, coupons, and annual discounts may have separate eligibility and expiry rules shown with the offer. Unless an offer expressly says otherwise, discounts cannot be combined. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not normally refund the current billing period, subject to your statutory rights.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for your credentials, authorised users, connected accounts, the accuracy and lawfulness of uploaded data, required privacy notices and consents, and reviewing automated outputs before relying on them. You must promptly report suspected unauthorised access.
5. Limitation of Liability
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable and is not legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, provider failures, security events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use the service to break the law, infringe rights, deceive or harass people, distribute malware, bypass security, scrape without permission, send unlawful marketing, or make high-impact decisions without appropriate human review. We may restrict or suspend access to protect users, providers, or the service.
7. Data, content, and integrations
You retain rights in content you submit and grant us the limited permission needed to host, process, transmit, and back it up to provide the service. Third-party integrations have their own terms and may change or become unavailable. Our Privacy Policy explains personal-data handling.
8. Changes, termination, and governing law
We may update the service or these terms and will post the revised date. Material changes will apply prospectively where required. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to its courts unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
